How to Run a QuickReport in QuickBooks for Windows

In QuickBooks a Quick Report is a report that is about:

• A set of selected list entries for example, all the sales tax items, and all sales items etc.
• A selected entry list for example, item, account, customer/job, or vendor, etc.

To run Create Report in QuickBooks for Window then you can follow the following steps.

1. By Hot Key (Ctrl+Q)

Step 1-

In the menu bar, click on Lists and select your desired list, (such as Chart of Accounts, Item List, Price Level list, etc.)

Step 2 –

Click on the entry that you would like to see the report.

Step 3 –

Press CTRL+Q.

  1. By Right Click

Step 1 –

In the menu bar, click on Lists, then select your desired list, (such as, Chart of Accounts, Item List, Price Level list, etc.)

Step 2 –

Right-click on the entry on that you would like to see the report.

Step 3 –

On the menu, click QuickReport.

Step 1 –

In the menu bar, click on Lists, then select your desired list, (such as, Chart of Accounts, Item List, Price Level list, etc.)

Step 2 –

Click on the entry on that you would like to see the report.

Step 3 –

Click on Report button at the bottom of the list.

Step 4 –

Click on QuickReport.

In the menu bar, click on Lists, then select your desired list, (such as, Chart of Accounts, Item List, Price Level list, etc.)

Step 2 –

Click on the entry for which you would like to see the report.

Step 3 –

In the menu bar, select Reports.

Step 4 –

At the bottom of the menu, click on QuickReport.
